Requests for official Fremont County criminal records must go to the office that created or maintains the document. The contacts below distinguish sheriff reports and booking material from court case files and statewide Colorado criminal-history records. This privately operated site is not a government records counter and cannot accept filings or issue copies.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private reference site cannot retrieve records, conduct an official check, correct or remove a record, or accept a Colorado record-sealing filing. Contact the proper government custodian.
